You choose how long you’d like to spend, and we’ll shape the session around what’s most supportive of the areas you want to work on.
Here’s a little guidance to help you choose:
🌿 1 hour – Ideal for Reiki, sound bowl massage or a shorter reset.
🌕 1.5 hours – Gives us space to go deeper with practices like Ho’oponopono, Osho meditations & energy release. Or perhaps you’d benefit from a private yoga class.
🌀 2 hours – A more immersive journey. Perfect for breathwork, deeper healing or combining multiple modalities (like breathwork with sound healing and Reiki).
✨ 6-week journey – 2 hours per week + WhatsApp support for deeper transformation & ongoing integration.

4-Class Yoga Pass
This 4-Class Pass gives you access to any of my local yoga classes listed on the calendar (unless otherwise noted). Come to whichever ones suit your schedule, and use the pass in your own time.

Monthly Circle Event
Every month I hold a circle; sometimes under the full moon, sometimes around a seasonal theme or energy. Each one is a little different, but usually includes a mix of breathwork, sound, journaling, and guided meditation.
These circles are open to all. You don’t need to have experience, just a willingness to take some time for yourself, reflect, and be in a supportive space with others.

What is breathwork?
Breathwork is a powerful tool that uses conscious breathing to release stress, emotion, and stored energy from the body. It can bring a sense of calm, clarity, and deep emotional release. You’re always in a safe environment, fully in control of your experience.
What’s healing about sound?
Sound healing uses vibrations—like singing bowls, chimes and other instruments—to calm the nervous system, release tension, and guide your body into a restful state. Most people describe it as “deep rest for the soul.”
I’m over 60—can I still come to your yoga class?
Yes! Some of my lovely students are in their 70s and 80s.
My classes are gentle, down-to-earth, and can be adapted to suit all bodies. You are so welcome.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing practice that helps bring your body and mind back into balance. You simply lie down (fully clothed), relax, and receive. It’s subtle, but often deeply felt.
I’ve never done yoga before. Can I come to your class?
Absolutely. My classes are welcoming, inclusive, and designed to meet you where you are. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced; I’ll guide you the whole way.
What do I need to bring to your yoga classes?
Please bring your own mat—not all venues provide them.
If you’re serious about yoga, I also recommend getting a pair of blocks and a strap. They’re helpful for support and great for home practice too.
