What I offer & how we can work together

Whether you're new to this world or deep on your path, there’s space here for you. Everything I offer is designed to meet you exactly where you are—with no pressure to perform or “do it right.” Just gentle guidance, deep presence, and intuitive care. You’re welcome to book a single session (in a group or 1:1 for deeper work), join a class or circle, or combine a few of these in a way that feels right for you – no pressure here 💛

🧘‍♀️ Yoga (Weekly Classes or a Private 1:1)

My yoga classes are focused on you; they’re a chance to turn down the external noise and gently come back into your own body. 

They’re open to all bodies, all levels of experience. You don’t need to be flexible or strong. You don’t need fancy clothes or perfect poses. I just ask that you come with an open mind and a willingness to explore. 

Each class is tailored to the group and often follows a theme; whether that’s working with the chakras, tuning into a seasonal shift, exploring a part of the body, or moving through something more emotional or energetic. 

I love to create a sense of progression, so regular practice is encouraged. Over time, the classes become a journey—not just of physical movement, but of transformation across your mind, body, and soul. 

I always offer options and modifications. It’s not about getting the ‘perfect’ pose; it’s about listening to your body and doing what feels right. Yoga, for me, is a gift to myself. A time to tune in to my body and really explore and experience it. 

Breathwork and sound healing are used in yoga classes to support that inward journey and help you go deeper into your own stillness and self-awareness. 

✨ Reiki

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that works on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. It helps to balance the flow of life force energy (also known as chi or prana) throughout the body—often working through the chakra system (the body’s energetic centres). 

During a session, you’ll lie down fully clothed, and I’ll work around the body intuitively—sometimes hands-off, sometimes lightly hands-on, depending on what feels right in the moment and with your full consent. 

Each session is intuitively led, and no two are the same. Some people feel warmth, tingling, or emotional shifts; others simply feel calm and rested. It’s subtle, but often deeply moving. 

🌬️ Breathwork

Come back to your breath, come back to yourself. 

Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools we have for healing; physically, emotionally, and energetically. It helps release stuck energy, regulate the nervous system, and create space for clarity, connection, and deep inner shifts. 

All of my breathwork sessions are intuitively led, which means we’ll shape the session based on what you’re feeling, what you’re moving through, and how you want to feel on the other side – whether that’s grounded, lighter, more connected, or simply calm. 

🌀 Techniques we can explore:

Each breath style has its own rhythm, purpose, and effect. Here are a few we may explore: 

🌟 SOMA Breath – Rhythmic, uplifting, and meditative 
→ For when you’re feeling scattered, anxious, or low energy—this helps regulate your nervous system and bring you back into flow. 

🌊 Rebirthing Breath – Circular breathing to release emotion 
→ Useful for when you’re carrying grief, tension, or unprocessed emotions. This breath creates space for deep healing and emotional release. 

❄ Wim Hof Style – Strong, energising and clearing 
→ Great if you feel foggy, disconnected, or want to boost vitality. It activates your inner fire and brings focus. 

💨 3-Part Conscious Breath – Inhale into belly, ribs, chest 
→ A powerful practice for moving stuck emotion, reconnecting with your body, and finding presence. 

🌬️ Breath Retention – Holding the breath to reset the mind & body 
→ Ideal when you need mental clarity, stillness, or to break looping thoughts.

🌿 Working with Deeper Intention:

Breathwork can also be used to support more subtle energetic and neurological shifts, such as: 

🧠 Pineal gland activation – Using breath, sound, and focused awareness to access higher consciousness and deepen intuition. 

🧘‍♀️ Vagus nerve activation – Gently calming the nervous system through nasal breathing and extended exhales to shift from stress into rest. 

🌕 Circles

Circle gatherings are sacred, shared spaces to slow down and reconnect—with yourself, and with others. They’re held monthly and shaped around the moon, the seasons, or a particular intention or theme. 

No two circles are the same, but many include a blend of breathwork, journaling, sound, stillness, and optional sharing. Some are quiet and reflective, others more expressive or releasing—it all depends on the energy we’re working with. 

Everyone is welcome, no experience needed. 
You don’t need to speak, perform, or show up a certain way—just come as you are. 

Spaces are limited to keep things intimate and grounded. 

🌲 Forest Therapy

Forest Therapy (also known as sylvotherapy) is a slow, intentional way of connecting with nature—not through hiking or exercise, but through presence, stillness, and awareness. 

Sessions might include barefoot walking, silent sitting, sensory exploration, nature journaling, meditating under trees, or even gentle yoga on the forest floor. 
It’s about softening the noise of the outside world and reconnecting with the rhythms of the earth—slowing down enough to actually listen to nature. 

Meditating under trees can be incredibly grounding, helping to regulate the nervous system, bring clarity, and deepen your sense of belonging. Gentle movement and breath in nature allow the body to move in harmony with the land around you. 

We often work with the seasons, the elements, and the senses, allowing the forest to be both the setting and the teacher. 

I also intuitively weave Reiki into these sessions; often tuning into the energy of the trees and the land as part of the experience. Sometimes I’ll offer hands-off Reiki beneath a tree or guide you to connect to the natural energy yourself. 

You don’t need any experience, just a willingness to slow down, to feel, and to let the earth hold you. 

These sessions are calming, grounding, and deeply nourishing; creating space for peace, emotional release, and a deeper connection to the world around you. 

These sessions can be held as a group, or private 1-1 session. 

✨ What to Expect

You’ll always be held in a safe, supportive space; whether we’re working with Reiki, sound, breath, movement, or a blend of practices. 

Every session is intuitively guided and shaped around you – how you’re feeling, what you need, and where you’re at. Some experiences are energising, some are deeply restful, and often they’re a bit of both. 

There’s no pressure to be anything other than yourself. You’re not expected to “perform” or go deeper than feels right. You’ll be supported and gently guided the whole way. 

Every session is unique.
